What is required when making a boost leak tester? I have access to an air compressor with a regulator, but would like to use a bike tire valve set up so I don't have to keep the compressor connected. I would like to make my own seeing as how it looks to be a valuable tool.

I have an EVOIII 16G and I am pretty sure the inlet is bigger than a standard 16G so I would need to figure out that measurement. What kind of couplers and pipe do I need and where can it be found?

I would like to get this taken care of before the nex Fun Day to make sure it isn't the cars fault and just the nut behind the wheel.

Thanks in advance.

Just go to the hardware store, get a PVC endcap that fits into a coupler that would fit on your turbo. Clamp both ends, drill a hole in the endcap pop a valve stem in there and thats it.

I think a 2.5" coupler would work. I have some extra I think and if I find some I can give it to you... you only need like 5 inches or so.
