Registration Time: 12:00 to 12:45AM, FCO 1:01 PM (Come early for lunch
and/or coffee)

Date: Saturday, November 15th.

Registration: Gypsy Grill, W3531 Great River Road, Maiden Rock, WI. On
the right hand side of WI 35 just past County S in downtown Maiden Rock.
(aprox 1.25 hrs from Mpls)

End Point: The Pickle Factory in Pepin. FCI: 4:30 or so.

Cost: $20/car. ($10/car - AROC members)

Classes:
A - rally computers, remote odos, GPS, etc.
C - Stock Odo, hand calculators allowed.
D - Novice - 3 or fewer TSD rallies in the last 5 years for driver
and/or navigator, same equipment as C.

We'll do enough route instructions for 15 cars but an RSVP would still
be appreciated.

The much sought after Mangia la Mia Polvere (Eat My Dust in Italian)
bumper stickers have arrived and one will be passed out to each entrant.
We also have a new supply of Il Diavolo T shirts on order for trophy
purposes or for purchase by anyone that doesn't get a free one.

Mostly gravel with some interesting paved connecting sections What can
I say, they keep paving the township roads. We still have four water
splashes but no sand traps as they have now been graveled. Progress is
sometimes frustrating.

It looks as if there will be no threat of snow. Due to the fact that we
use narrow gravel roads with many twisty and steep hills we highly
recommend M/S tires with good tread on all four wheels. With ¾ worn
NRW's the RS was a bit too tail happy for my tastes. It now has the
Hakka 1's with one season of wear on them for a bit more grip at both
ends.

Attention Subaru 2.5RS owners: The Stomung dual tip rear exhaust offer
is still available free to the highest placed Subaru 2.5RS. Don't worry
if you've never run a rally before, you may win by being the only RS to
enter. I've offered this used but still useable piece for the last 3
events and the RS owners have stayed away in droves. Fancy that! Maybe
if I dropped the offer, I might get a better overall turnout. OK, if
you don't want it, I won't force it on you. I do hate to through it out
however as it has no holes, just getting a bit load for my present
tastes. It fits '98 - '00 models.
