First off, are the clips that hold the injectors in place (stops tehm from rotating?) important? or are they just throw away. Second, anyone know a local place i can pick up some 2.5" exhuast gaskets?

I believe car-x has them. Car-x in hopkins had 3" gaskets that fit (collector gaskets) when I was looking. They should have 2.5". How many do you need? I may have an extra at home.

i dont know of any clips that stop the injectors from rotating, i know of clips that hold the connector on to the injector, and i would say they are important. probably dont want a shaking motor loosening injector connectors leading to an intermittent connection, detonation, and a blown motor.

I am not aware of those clips either. Just the ones that house the electrical connectors. BTW, I do not have any of the clips on mine and have had no problems. They all broke off a while ago. I plan on getting them though.

I will remove one and take a pic when I get home. I believe they are 8mm X 1.25 pitch and about 60 or 70 MM long (2.5-3"). They are most likely the 3 cleaner bolts you will have in the stack.

I swear I labeled those and put them in a bag but I cant find my pile of bags so I am just looking through my assorted bolts and found nothing that fit.

They should be 6mm by 1.25, 10mm bolt head and short.

The 2G Injector clip things are TRASH..........Toss em'. Weight reduction stage 0.001.

I see you got your gaskets. I recently found out that Fleet Farm has metal reinforced two-bolt exhaust gaskets 3" and smaller. I don't know how good they are...But if you are like me and tear apart your exhaust every 2-weeks they work fine.

Enes, nuts that are sumwhat beveled on one end and not on the other are a type of locknut. I believe the ones for a DP are 10MM by 1.75 pitch. They are not a common size. You fill save some time if you can bring in the O2 housing or one of the nuts that fit. They are kind of an odd size.
