My name is Timothy and live in Clarklake Michigan. I own a 98 Talon ESi which I bought the first of the year. I bought it from the original owner whom I have known for years. It has 138K miles and until I got it it had never had a timing belt replaced. I did the timing belt and went ahead and replaced the water pump all belts and the headgasket to just to be safe. I am mechanically knowledgable but had never done a timing belt job. It was much easier than I had anticipated with the exception of the motor mount where it bolts to the block. Those long bolts were quite a pain to get out. I look forward to reviewing past posts in the forums and getting input in the future when I decide to add/install mods.
