So I had an idea last night after finding out obama was going to give illegals medicade

Its not a completed idea yet but hope you get the idea of what im trying to conceive. And maybe a few of you can come up with ideas that would make this a sound possibility (for fun)

I would love to see welfare done away with completely, and in exchange people in need(say loss of job) can pull from there social security. (No 65 age limit etc)..

The catch is you only get up to the full amount of what you put in to social security. Once it'd gone you're cut off.

What this does make people work. And get off there ass and try to get back to work asap

I also think government should only be able to tax workers up to 40hrs a week. after that its tax free. Which puts more money into peoples pockets, more money into the economy, and is an incentive for people to want to work more.

There is a downside to the tax deal. I believe the government has the taxes set up.so that it forces a people to not work, and opens up position for another worker. So this tax proposal would probably decrease jobs.

Companies however would love it because its less expenses due to less employees.

The other thing this would do is make people stay married. As if you are a stay at home parent you aren't working so you aren't putting into your social security.
So it would lower divorce rates as well. However I definetely would put in a clause about splitting social security, for things like adultery which would also help stop people from cheating.
I also would remove the retirement age all together. If you worked hard enough and made the correct decisions to make your social security funds last then have at it.

You're missing the point. Bringing in illegal aliens and giving them everything for free turns them into democrat voters, which in turns keeps people like Obama in power. The idea was never supposed to make sense to the average person who works for a living.

I understand the votinf thing. But my idea above is meant to be a fix for welfare babies.

I honestly would love to see the true figure our government spends on welfare and Medicaid each year.
Eliminating that I bet would be huge
