Home/Garage project, help/advice needed

I'd like to add another stall to my garage by extending the 3rd stall back around the house.

But I'm 100% clueless on where to start with this project.

A friend had mentioned Menard's can help with the planning.

Depends on your configuration. I get ideas by looking at other additions, there's plenty online. Basically you'll need new roof trusses, additional concrete foundation and then build the walls. With most garage styles, I'd blow the back out double deep in addition to adding a stall.

Go look at Brandon's and make yours look like his! I think they were identical styles.

Would be cheaper and easier to build a separate one car in back like I have and use it to store , but if you can add on at a decent price that would be sweet. I've thought of doing the same but four stalls is good enough lol.

We're putting our house up for sale soon and I've already got permission for a add on garage at the next place.

Re: Home/Garage project, help/advice needed

Problem is I don't have a good way to get to the back if I put garage there.
