jm fab help please

I have a 1g jm fab that was made for a q45. I re flanged it for a 1g and now I need to cut the throttle bracket. can someone give me exact measurements of what i need. also maybe taken from a few spots as it may need to move forward as well.

You need to cut the throttle bracket? There are slots in that bracket for easy adjustment? How could a re-flange throw it that far out of adjustment?
