Ghosts?

Im not sure if any of this is true but whatever. Im curious if anyone does have any real experience with ghost "activity" or the what not.

I have had one and it was kinda freaky... My girlfriends house supposedly has a little girl living in it... a dead little girl She knocked over a cup I just put on the kitchen counter... it was about 10 inches from the edge with nothing in it and no one in the kitchen. I was at the front door leaving and i was looking into the dark kitchen, the cup was in view but it was dark and all of a sudden it fell off the counter and bounced on the floor really loud. It was creepy... that is when I left haha.
