Well as some of you know I got a 01 dakota for my birthday. I was wondering if any of you knew if there was a dakota fourm? I am sure there is one but I just can't find it. I won't be leaving here but just wanted to find out more info about my truck.

I have a red fiberglass tonneau cover. Need one? If your trucks a diff color you could paint it.

cool thanks for the reply man. Is the cover like a camper or is it one of the flat ones? don't know exactly what you are talking about but I sent you a pm.

Now that I think about it the bed rails would get in the way of anything probably.

We got a 2001 V-8 for work. The major problems seem to be the ball joints in the front and the trannies. We are putting a tranny cooler on to see if that helps the tranny life.

My mom has had to replace the ball joints in her '99 but luckily her tranny is holding up pretty well.
