Project Miata by Cudvig
I have sold the R and bought a Miata. It is a 92 with 171k miles but has a rebuilt motor with only 12k miles on it.
I haven't done much yet. Just 15x7 +40 konig rewind rims, black mccard lug nuts, OBX exhaust(it was extremely cheap to buy second hand), I have a CF trunk, Coilovers and sway bars in the mail, along with spark plug wires.
Onto the pictures!
I plan on doing alot to this car. It will be my new track car once I am finished with it!

1.6 or the 1.8?
I always wanted one of these and would like to trade my DSM for one.

Re: Project Miata by Cudvig
its a 92 so it is a 1.6 liter.
I would really want a 1.8 or 2.0 with ITBs thats mildly built in the future but who knows!
There is a lot of thought and planning that is going into this car!

I think you need the exhaust tip in your avatar on that car.

Re: Project Miata by Cudvig
Haha that would be awesome! and LSX miatas are nice but I want less weight, not more. I know its not a HUGE difference but its alot of modification and I would rather have a lighter car with a turbo or ITBs

Re: Project Miata by Cudvig
Cheaper to do a 302 and stoke it to a 355 and then boost that if you want to get nuts. Plus the car stays balanced with most 302 kits.
