Spool on my 42R

I did some pulls this Saturday to get my car ready for the MAP’s BIR weekend.I have a GT4202R with a 1.01 housing on a 2.3L currently tuned on E98, no nos to aid spool. I thought I would post a log of a third gear pull I did this weekend. I’m super impressed with the spool on this setup, 40 psi by 5600 RPM! I lost some traction at 7K. The car feels like a freight train!

Holy crap. What does your car put down for power?

Edit: I remember your car now from the dyno day. VERY Sexy 1g. Excellent setup.

Anyone else notice that it's 1.65 seconds to go from what must be ~55mph in 3rd to 8500? damn.

That is fucking insane, that spool doesn't even make sense. Congrats you obviously spent some time putting this awesome setup together.

I would love a ride. My mind is blown right now

Re: Spool on my 42R

I remember talking with you and if I recall correctly, you were hoping for very high three digit power numbers, like in the 900's, right? Or was that 700's, I can't remember. Anyway, sweetness!

Eh, it's up there either way. I wonder what my engine would do at 40psi.
