I was just booking a flight for a wedding. When I got to the pay section they asked if I would like to use my card on file. The only problem was it wasn't my card. If anyone knows a Eric Olson in St Cloud on 14th ST, let him know I didn't use it, but Travelocity asked me if I would like to.
I called the help center for Travelocity. I talked to an agent and then was put on hold for at least 10 min. After about 10 min my phone went dead as I was hung up on. That is unacceptable. Watch yourself out there.
