Personally, I like the black. It's hard to tell how they'd look on your car. They make look great or they may look like poo. Photoshop?

Re: Polished Wheels? Yay or Nay?

It's hard to tell. I was looking at those wheels earlier today actually. They are def a good looking wheel. I just don't like the chrome look. Someone who's good with photoshop should be able to put them on your car to get an idea.

Re: Polished Wheels? Yay or Nay?

You could hit up tirerack.com and use their "view on vehicle" option

Re: Polished Wheels? Yay or Nay?

They aren't CHROME people! Shiney yes, but polished aluminum is cool. That guy that made like over 700 on his blue 1g at the dyno day used to have these on his car, and they looked nice.

Re: Polished Wheels? Yay or Nay?

Take some 400 grit sand paper, brush them up a little, just to take the polish off, then they would look pretty good!

Ah yea, those did look a bit familiar from some older pics. Idk why, just like black rims, and couldn't give two shits if people think they're played out. My car will eventually have black rims.

Those in a gloss black might look pretty nice.

Re: Polished Wheels? Yay or Nay?

I could photoshop them if I wasn't away from my desktop, and I won't feasibly be near it with that kind of time until tomorrow evening. If you want me to do it then, I will.

Re: Polished Wheels? Yay or Nay?

I was thinking gloss. But I now think if I'm gonna get rims they need to be 17x8. These are only 17x7

Re: Polished Wheels? Yay or Nay?

Get some Black RPF-1's in 17x9 then polish the lip. May be lots of work, but it would look tits! ( . Y . )

Re: Polished Wheels? Yay or Nay?

I did look at those. I kinda got attached to the OZ Ultraleggara in gloss black with the CF center caps. 17x8 +40mm. I'd squeeze on some 245s
