E-85 Conversion Kit

Hey, just wondering what peoples thoughts were about e-85 conversion kits. Right now premium is $2.79 a gallon, i cant seem to save any money for mods. Haha. Are they easy to hook up? What do the kits consist of? Any special brands i should look for? etc.

And most important are they worth buying?

Give me your thoughts.

Re: E-85 Conversion Kit

It is not a kit just injectors, fuel pump, and a new tune.

Re: E-85 Conversion Kit

ya there really is no "conversion" like the media talks about. With our cars all you need to do is be able to flow enough fuel. So you will nee like he said bigger injectors and some kind of fuel computer to tune and control your fuel. Your looking at a minimum of $300 for just the injectors and computer, then you got to find someone who can tune it for you (because of your question and your newb status i would not trust you to tune the car) I would be happy with what you got until your ready to drop some real money on your car. like over a thousand
