IT Jobs in MN...

Hey guys,
Now is the time i really need to secure a job in MN. I will be moving to MN in April and would really like to have a job before i move.
Heres what im looking for:
I am looking for a job as a Systems Administrator/Network Administrator, or something along those lines. I have lots of expirence with everything from Administrating Windows Server 2003, Install/Setup/Maintining a Windows Server 2008 with Hyper-V, MSSQL Database administration/Manipulation/installation, Exchange Administration, Website Administration. Basically have had expirence managing and configureing most everything to do with a windows network. The past two jobs i have had were as an IT Administrator running everything myself.
I have also had expirence with applications such as Autocad 2009, Solidworks 2009, the Adobe Suite including Creation of Flash elements, The full Microsoft office suite etc.
I have some linux expirence, mostly with the installation and configuration of a linux server.
I am working on my MCSE currently and am planning on haveing the MCSA, and MCSE completed by July.
I have been applying to positions on monster.com, Dice.com, Careerbuilder.com and trying to work my contacts that i have from friends/family.
If you guys can be of any help i would really appreciate it. I attached my most recent resume.
Thank you
Tom
