I use emule.net alot or yes you can use isohunt or any other torrent site. With the torrent sites you'll need a torrent client like bitcoment. You'll have to look for a torrent that has alot of seeders.

Bitlord is also a good torrent downloader. i wouldnt use limewire at all.

I use isohunt for stuff that I can't find on my private sites, just make sure you are running a virus scanner at all times and you'll be good to go.
