I finally received my offer, which I accepted, for a new job!
I'm still going to be with UHG, but in a different division of the company. My new title is "UVP IVR Sr. Reporting Analyst" haha!
Basically I will be reporting metrics on our interactive voice systems to management, projects managers, and developers to improve the system. IVR, if you don't know, are the automated voice systems when you call companies - i.e. the voice says "If you'd like billing, say Billing.", you reply "Billing" and the voice replies "I didn't understand that, did you say Technical Support?" and you promptly being to yell "REPRESENTATIVE!!"
