So I went to school for the first half of this year so I am covered under my parents insurance until Jan 1 2008. I heard that MN just past a bill that states that anyone under the age of 25(I am 21) can be covered for health insurance regardless of their education status. Did that go through or is it just "on the table"? Because it just so happens according to that it starts Jan 1 2008 which is the same time mine expires. So if this is true then I will be covered for another 3 years. I had my mom contact our insurance company and they had no idea what we were talking about. I dont know anything about legal stuff so maybe someone here can help me understand this.
