Compressor cover o-ring and retaining brackets.

Does anyone have these parts?
i had no clue that this turbo was supposed to have one, so i just assembled it.
I used bolts and washers instead of the bracket that is supposed to be there, but since it has to come apart again want to use the right stuff.
Man i am fucking sick of this shit.

Are 61s supposed to have the o-ring?

I have seen some that did have it and some that didn't. My turbo didn't come with one either. I have also used washers in the past and it worked just fine. If you find somewhere to get an o-ring, let me know and I will get one too.

I know it is. I wouldn't suggest it otherwise. Call it plan b if you guys can't find the gasket. Couldn't you call PTE to get the gaskets and brackets? I know, money. But, sometimes, ya jsut gotta pay to play.

Re: Compressor cover o-ring and retaining brackets.

I run mine without one, it seems to work fine. I wouldn't mind putting one in over the winter though. Also, with RTV you will probably never get the cover back off again.
