I need to get me the Nintendo Virtual Boy!
Sadly, we had a Tiger Electronics Furby.

Re: The Ugliest Products in Tech History
I think everyone ended up with a furby. I also remeber the Virtual Boy, it made my eyes hurt and the games sucked. My uncle had one of the first cell phones, they are huge. He works for Nextel so he always has the cool new stuff.

Virtual Boy was such a pile of shit...
And how is the Zune ugly? There are far uglier media players out there.

The zune is hideous, looks like microsoft took an ipod and covered it with a circuit board. Not to mencion Microsoft doing what they do best.... copying everyone else.

Yes sir! My first modem was 2400, that was hauling ass in the early-mid 90s.

Re: The Ugliest Products in Tech History
I never had the manual dial one, but sure do remember the 2400 baud junk and AOL's "internet" IE: Gated community.
And the Virtual Boy did really suck. I was amused for the first hour or so, but most of the challenege was just figuring out what was going on. By the time you figured that out your neck was sore and you had a headache.
