I'm considering taking my new car in the for $2007 Grassroots challenge. Anyone else consider trying it?

Picked up a '91 Talon awd apparently with a bad timing belt. Currently working on swaping that motor for a motor I just picked up from a friend for $100 out of his '90. Planning on running the stocker turbo (14b) with some spray and shoot for low 12's to high 11's in the quarter. Then with some cheap suspension parts it might be fairly decent for the auto-x. Just in the process of getting the car up and running. Then its time to start the mods. So, cheap parts and any ideas or suggestions are more than welcome. I have a full year to get the car prepared for it, so hopfully can get in some good seat time for driving and tuning. If anyone is actually intersted I'll get some pics of the car and begin a album for up to date status.
I am fairly excited to work on a cheap budget and shoot for some fairly good results. If all goes bad, it should be a fun time regaurdless.
