Damn bearings

how do i remove the front balance shaft bearing? i dont have a socket that big , and the hammer + screwdriver formula isnt working either

Socket or hammer+screw driver.
Good luck .
The real way to do it is a bearing race installer.

turn the balance shaft around ~ There is one certain edge you can use that works well. Putting them back in ( the new ones) is not fun either! Good luck!

^^ no, i was talking about the outer bearing race, not the inner one.

anyway, i have the proper tool now.
