banjo bolt

Well me and a friend were swaping my dead 16g for a 14b with 44k on it, and we were almost done and we went to put the banjo bolt in for the oil feed line. The previous owner put it in without a washer and overtightened it because it leaked, so he twisted the shit out of the bolt. My friend was putting the banjo bolt back in and he felt it twist a little, so be backed i out slowly and you know what happened, it broke. So we grap an easy-out to try and get it out, well yp you guessed it again, that broke off also. So right now the car is sitting in my friends driveway waiting. Does anyone have any good ideas on how to get that bolt and easy-out out of my head. I was going to try reverse threaded carbine tiped drill bits, but an easy-out is made out of temepered steel so i dont think that would work to well. And I also thought of maybe welding a nut onto the end of it, and heating he head up just enough so i can get it out nice. Does anyone have any better sugestions??
