Roll Cage Swing Outs

I was told last night that swing outs are not NHRA legal. Does anyone have a rule book that can confirm this? Im looking into making a roll cage and would like to know. Ive tried to search but the sites I get are from 2003/2004 so that doesnt help me.

I believe Swanny has swing outs and I know his cage is certified.

Alright cool. Does anyone know where I can buy these. Ive found one site that sells them but looking for others.

You can buy ugly ones from TNT, or do a search online. Mike Rizzotti has the nicest ones I've ever seen, but they're custom machined and not cheap.
