Buschur's Evo breaks into the 8's

Nothing official yet, no slips posted or anything, but they did run a 9.05 earlier this week after running consistant 9.5's in the rain last week with their drag car. Wonder if AMS can keep up?

Nope. Buschur ran the 8 today, AMS broke a driveshaft, but took one out of the white car they have. I think the best time they ran was a 9.3 or something. Buschur now has the fastest evo on the world. That car on the dyno was quite the chart to watch. It was like a supra's dyno chart.

Wow, that is pretty amazing for such a new platform!

Even more impressive was Marko in his 2g running 8.7@162-164MPH!! Looked great and ran an 8 two times running down the track! Lots of fast cars today for sure!! Rau and Shep both ran some good times also. Rau hit a 7.00@198MPH and Shep put down a 7.95@182 on only turbo alone no nitrous.

Yeah, Untill a few years ago, no one had ever heard of a 4g63/AWD platform before.

Not even close, there are at least two evo III cars running 8.2 and 8.3 at or near 180 mph.

It was cool to watch Shep and Brent run, it seems to be a Evo shoot out now. Lots of fun though.
