Re: Caparo T1

Wow, 3g cornering capability, 3g braking/accereration capability

That thing is nuts. It looks like an Enzo on some serious steroids.

Nice find.

Re: Caparo T1

It has a 2.4l supercharged V8 putting out 500hp, weighs 1,100 lbs (yes, 1,100!!) and will do about 200 mph. It is pretty ugly though. There are just tubes running to the front wheels, no body. Like an F1 car but has fenders over the wheels. None the less, pretty damn cool.

1,100 lbs, icing on the cake. Someone shoudl buy the car and drop a 2.3l stroker in it.

That thing needs to be put ap against the Ariel Atom 300, that thing weighs in at about 500lbs with a supercharge Civic Type-R motor throwin down over 300hp.

Re: Caparo T1

Shit, I was thinking KG too, I knew it was around 500kg or lbs. Woops!

It'd be close I think then. The Atom can do 0-60mph in 2.5 seconds also.

Re: Caparo T1

Yeah, great idea. We should pit the cars against each other in an acceleration test to find out which is best.
In answer to your question in the other thread, I think you should use the shotty, Lampshade. Nobody here wants you to miss.

Re: Caparo T1

0-100mph in 5 seconds...i'd run from the cops in five seconds! I read about this car in a Euro Mag my friend has, and this thing looks to be one fast car. Especially when you're pulling 3g+ latersl acceleration...my eyes would pop out in like 5 seconds!!! awesome, but i'd still get a Pagani Zonda
