Anybody into Pinks! on Speed channel ?

I've been watching several episodes of it. For those who don't know the show. You sign your car over to the show. You go 5 races, unless you win 3 in a row of course. You lose, the other racer gets the title to your car. Before each race, you bargain with the other racer, example: give the other guy 3 lengths, for your all motor car, or he gets 4 lengths, you get 1 stage of NOS, etc..etc.. There is no tree either. The host of the show, flags his arms. The e.t. time either. First one across the line is the winnner.

It's an alright show. I don't lose sleep if I miss an episode though.

it is alright. The civic guy didn't fricken know how to drive that car, or what he was talking about..he obviously didn't build it.

I want to see the DSM one, I saw on the previews to the 2nd season and I saw a red 1g. Has it already been on? I rarely catch the show.

Yeh that guy was a dumb ass. It look like it was his first time at the track. Didn't one of the guys on the firebird team look like pro drag racer Paul Efantis. The show is ok but they need to get some DSM's on there.

The two episodes I enjoyed most includes: the Wooly Beast episode (sweetest drag car I've seen) and the one where a late 80s/early 90s Stang took on the last style of Camero that was supposedly 1340hp (neither was declared a winner).

i watch it, but i always try to catch the one with the dsm. Most of the time its muscle cars, but damn dude, that show makes PINKS look REALLY dramatic for some reasons. cool show!

just watched it last night actually lol. Came on right after some tuner show where they modded out a SWEET supra. Full hour of supra.. who wouldn't like that???

But yeah pinks is a cool show.. the bald guy tries to be intimidating but everytime i see him in the beggining i can't help but laugh at his face when he says.."Lets Race!"

I can't stand watching this show. I tried a couple of times but everyone just turns into winey bitches.

And what in god's name is this car length bullshit. Turn the tree back on, line up where you're supposed to, place the idiot that usually starts the race at the 1320 line and whoever runs him over first wins. If you can't with without having "lengths" given to you then we know who the winner is.

Racing without the tree just puts more drama into the show. I think it's meant to be like street racing but instead it's at a track. It's kinda like the whole Fast n Furious 1 thing, Lose the race, you lose your car. They do get whiny at times but don't forget, their cars are on the line. I'm just wondering if there isn't some sort of cash payout for being on the show though. Who would ever sacrifice their ride? I just like it because it's drag racing period. Better than watching NASCAR shit.

The host of the show is way to into his job! He gets way to in to it...he looks kinda retarted when he waves his hands..Have any of you seen the one with the racing go carts? That was pretty cool! I think it would be funny to take some old beater and slap some "NAWS" on it just to see what happens!

The host seems like he doesn't know anything about a car though. At least in the 5-6 shows I've watched.

And i saw one episode where they were drad racing go-karts, even though the karts were pretty fast, I don't think they should have been on the show.

Ive seen it a few times, I thought it was really funny when they all get dramatic! The last one I saw was two turbo Hayabusa; both guys didnt want to lose their bikes so they went and split the cost of a brand new R1, and thats what they winner got. Neat show.

I'd love to see a DSM on there.
