Re: Tunnels from Mexico to the US.
I guess we should stop calling them "wet backs" and start using the politically correct term of "dirt backs".

The thing I dont get is why they are telling us about mysterious underground tunnels and not mysterious underground explosions.

Re: Tunnels from Mexico to the US.
Mexico is just about the same as a third world country. If the border of the US just happens to be next to a broke-ass country, it shouldn't be a shock that millions of people are peeking over the fence just trying to get a chance to break away from the poverty they're stuck in. I don't know how many of y'all have been to Mexico, but it really is a shitty place to live. Those caves aren't crap.

I've been through the heart of Juarez. It's just across the border from El Paso. I'll just say, it really puts things in perspective.

Wow! I never knew about these "tunnels" as well from Mexico to the US. Thanks for the news.

Thats funny. Well I must applaud them for being innovative. Swimming didn't get them any where so why not fucking dig tunnels. Stupid fucks.

Not all of Mexico is a shithole. If I had the extra scratch, I'd be buying a winter place in Playa Del Carmen. Last time we were there you could get a house a block from the beach with beach views for $150K, and it was in a gated community and really nice houses. Plus you can have someone personally maintain your place when you're not there for $1/day. Can't beat that.

Re: Tunnels from Mexico to the US.
Let's build a huge international drag tunnel under the boarder, that'd be way cooler!
exaclty 1320 ft tho, start w/your bumper on the back wall, end when your front bumper touches/hits the end wall!!!

Re: Tunnels from Mexico to the US.
I doubt that tunnel was for bringing many people across. Drug lords rule on the border towns and a drug lord wouldn't want peasants getting caught coming out of their honey hole. Unless you've visited a border town, I don't believe you have any idea how bad things really are in that area.

Man, If I was a big time drug dealer, I would have an underground rail system, something that goes from 15 or more miles in mexico, to 15 or more miles over the border.
Feds always look for these tunnels fairly close to the border, nobody would suspect it coming from further out.

Re: Tunnels from Mexico to the US.
Yes, most border towns are a pit. They have a market area close to the border, then it goes downhill fast! There are some nice places in Mexico though.
