I have a 1987 Mazda RX-7 up for grabs.
Car has just over 126,000 miles and will keep going up as it is my daily as of right now.
It is a completely stock, N/A 13B, car except for HKS Hi-Power exhaust and a Short Shifter. Car still has all the emissions parts in it as well. Differental has never been touched either and is still open.
Also has Proline 15" wheels with 195-55-15 up front and 195-50-15 in the rear (got the rear tires for free)
Everything still works on the car as well. Lights still come up and down, even the rear hatch struts still hold and the trunk light still turns on and off. Sunroof also works but you need to help it a little when opening and closing but does not leak a drop.
Now for the not so good
- Only the drivers side front fender has clear coat/ car could use a good buffing to maybe save the paint.
- Driver Seat is torn to hell
- 2nd and 3rd gear will grind if revving super high
- Drops a little oil, but only a couple drops a day. (Burns oil too but you know that if you know rotary motors)
- Heater core is out, so no heat, as well as no AC belt.
- Some rust around the rear fender wells, but nothing that someone who knows how to weld or that can do body work can't fix.
- Passenger mirror is broke. Assembly is there just no mirror (previous owner)
This car is a perfect project car or drift project car or LeMon racer. Take it off my hands, drop a V8 or turbo the car and call it a day.
