logger

everybody i see on every forum on dsms have pocket loggers im new to dsms and i have no idea what they are or do and if i need one and if so how would i get one. I have a 96 talon tsi awd stock for right now!

I always used the Pocketlogger software which costs money, but was well worth it and worked great. I tried some of those share/freeware programs and never like them.

Monitor various engine parameters (ie knock, engine codes, O2 voltage, rpm, etc.) You can also do small tests, like shut off an injector, turn on your fuel pump and various solonoids.

Can't monitor knock on a 2G. (pretty sure of that anyway)
