I have a Playstation 2 Slim in perfect condition I never play since I got the PS3 Slim. It comes with 2 controllers with extension cords, memory card, original box, manuals, demo disc, all the original cords plus a component video cord.
Games all in original cases with manuals/artwork:

Yeah I am. What does that have to do with selling a PS2? Luckily USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL still make it around down here
