Re: 1997 gsx
What kind of rims are those? Willing to part ways with just those? I have a set of stock 2g gst rims I can throw in as a trade.

Re: 1997 gsx
I have checked with carfax and the last reported odometer reading was 68,000 miles in 2006. I bought the car in July 2007, took me over a year to get the lien release and title from previous owner and have put maybe 30 miles on since then. PM me if you want more information off the report.. it cost me 30 bucks! :P
I removed my number, been getting random calls. PM to get it.

Re: 1997 gsx
No, i drove it home from maplewood and to work in St. Michael once, the car is in no condition to be a daily driver, due to the lack of containing oil.

Re: 1997 gsx
When i bought the car, it came with a box full of parts.. e.g. pistons that have been shattered.. a second throttle body, misc. sensors. I have a black spoiler that came with it, but it's very ugly and the led light bar is missing. Apparently this is engine #3 in that car, according to the guy from Maplewood. The engine swap was done poorly, a lot of things were overlooked. I am sick of finding problems and trying to fix them, i don't know dsm's at all. This is my first DSM, first impression is not that good.. haven't even gotten to drive bearly anywhere.

Re: 1997 gsx
I believe the guy in maplewood's name was adam or something like that and when I drove it He had a big turbo on it and I waited like 2 weeks for him to replace the head gasket on for me to drive it.. When I did drive it it had all these problems so I bought my car that I have at the moment instead...
I loved those rims though and he couldnt even tell me what they were cuz he didnt know..
There is some paint stain on the seat and the black spoiler was held on by deck screws..
The body was in good shape though and since he has had it it looks to be in better hands. Good luck with the sale.

Re: 1997 gsx
I noticed the odometer stated 95k miles on it, i have ran a carfax report:
* 10/03/2002
* 186,550 Miles
* Nevada Inspection Station, Las Vegas, NV
* Passed emissions inspection
Carfax report: http://www.carfax.com/viewEmailRepor...i3&language=EN
But anyways, depending on what the two problems are, and how easily it is to fix.. i am down.

Re: 1997 gsx
Awesome, i need something that is reliable and i don't need to do any work to. Let me know what you are thinking, i am VERY interested in this offer. I am happy to be making progress, this car is too beautiful and i get more upset everytime i look at it. I want it gone

Re: 1997 gsx
To be honest, i don't know. All the more with the injectors is there is new o-rings on them, we had to replace them when we pulled the fuel rail to remove the tps sensor. Otherwise all i know is that the fuel pump is hardwired, don't know too much about the car.

Re: 1997 gsx
Like, hardwired as in it has its own switch?
