Re: New product devolopment
I was talking to mike about AFPR mounting brackets, he said it would be a possibility.

Re: New product devolopment
Yep, Its a possibility...
Actually already have one done, (on sleepydsm's car)
Just need to draw up a CAD drawing for it,
though Matt (turbomiata) is out of town for 2 weeks so it will be available sometime after he gets back, he does all of the CAD and Plasma cutting here,
I wish he was still here cause in the last few days we have had a few more products to start producing.

Re: New product devolopment
EGR block-off plates are easy to make and universal between DSM's and Evo's.

Re: New product devolopment
You should make a 1g motor mount that isn't such a big ugly piece as the stock one. Maybe one that doesn't even use the mount on the front of the engine, if that makes sense. I believe the 2g one doesn't have that.

Take a look at SleepyDSMs engine shots. He chopped his off and welded in a square in where he chopped it. We can definatly do that for you if you bring it by.

I've done the same thing. You can only do that if you aren't running power steering.

Re: New product devolopment
Any progress on the radiator support brackets? Also, have another product idea for you, how about a radiator cooling plate like the one linked below, but with the intake snorkel opening optional since some do and some don't run it?

Re: New product devolopment
Make some of that air diversion shit for DSMs you know everyone would use it since most have heating problems or would just like to run cooler.

^^^This.
I would also buy some radiator support brackets in a heartbeat, mine are beyond gone.

Re: New product devolopment
I'm pretty sure the stock DSM core support is already solid between the top of the bumper and the front edge of the radiator (between the headlights), so something like that would be pointless on a 1g.

Re: New product devolopment
what about between the intercooler and radiator or all the other ducting that pep\ole make? I know that most take out the stock plastic stuff and leave it open, even though a nice plate similar to what bman has would be nice.

Re: New product devolopment
Starting Monday I will be a full time Primo Performance employee. We will have more time to get customer cars in and out alot faster, and develope more products. I will try and see if I cant get a prototype of the Evo radiator cooling plates. We also scrapped the original radiator mounting brackets and will be developing more in the near future.
As for the ducting for the raditor, we will look into it and see what we can develope. I just feel that with all the different FMICs out there it will be hard to make a universal one.
