HID headlights

Anyone has any sort of comment on what type or kind of hid I should get for my 2g? I'm going for either a half blue/white or bright white. Will hid be brighter on aftermarket projector headlights or will 97-99 headlights be fine?

Re: HID headlights

A 4500k HID has the most possible light output, a 6000k still has good light output but with a more bluish tint. They will be brighter with the regular headlight housings, but the light will become much more focused with projectors.

If I were you, I'd stay about from the cheap HID's from China and Korea and spend a bit extra for a quality set from preferably Germany, but also Japan.

Re: HID headlights

Look into HIR's. Almost HID's, but way easier and cheaper.
