Evo rear rotors

Can one of you evo guys give me some specs on your rear rotors? I looked around a bit but couldn't find any definitive information.

What is the outer diameter of the rotor?
What is the diameter of the center hub part?
What is the thickness of the rotor? Are they vented like the fronts or solid like DSMs?

Thanks,
Andrew

Re: Evo rear rotors

What are you looking to put them on?

They are vented. I can't recall exactly the size of them, but I can take some measurements when I get home. I have a set laying in my bedroom.

Are you asking the center bore where they would meet the wheels? Or the whole entire center section of the disk? Center bore is 67.1mm. I should be home by midnight and will check them for you.

Re: Evo rear rotors

It's for my 2g.
I meant the whole center section, the part that goes around the hub and 5 studs.
Thanks.

Re: Evo rear rotors

The evo rotors fit on perfect if that is what you need to know by how big that center section is. I want to say they are 11.9" total or something like that. I will get that door open in the morning and let you know for sure though.

Re: Evo rear rotors

I measured the rotor size to be somewhere around 11.75" Inside diameter a hair bigger than 7" and the opening I forget but a little more than 3". They fit on an eclipse if you have the rear calipers. Sorry for the half assed measurements. Garage door is still frozen and the best I could find was a metal ruler.

Re: Evo rear rotors

Thats great news. I got a full set of 2g 3/S rotors and the rears are 11.7" tall, and just over 7" for the inner part. It scared me because the front rotors only have like a 6" inner part, but I forgot that on the 2gs (and Evos I'm guessing) the ebrake is inside the rotor at that spot, probably why it's 7" wide.

Oh yea, and these are vented which are about .75" thickness, with the center hub portion being about 1.25" thick, does that also match up?

Re: Evo rear rotors

I am getting 15/16th's for thickness and closer to an inch and a half for the hub part.

Re: Evo rear rotors

Hmm, not good. I'll have to test fit some, maybe a washer could space it out so it fits correctly.

Some rear 1995 rotors are vented, some aren't.
