Ok,

I am having a suspension problem. I have started to have a tick (just in the last week) coming from my car when I drive. Sometimes it seems to go away, other times its very annoying. I swear at times i can feel it "tick" in the steering wheel but I may be crazy. When its acting up it gets really mad when i take a left turn. I suspected something was hitting on my Passenger front rim/tire...but I took the rim off and everything looked ok. Any ideas as to what it is. Im hoping it just needs a good lube or something (does not look like it has had one in awhile)

Are either of your CV boots cracked/broken?

Check your cv boots and see if they are torn. That sounds like a suspect CV joint.

The rubber boots on your front half-shafts (axles).
