Re: Tire Size?
What size are the wheels? That's what matters.

Re: Tire Size?
^agree.
And the fact you want to know how they look compared to performance means you need to get off the failboat that you are on.
DSMers are about function over form, performance over looks. Get with it, it looks like you have a clean car already that is rare not just in MN.
Wheel width would help, but i run 235/45/17s on my 17x8

DSMers should learn how to balance both; the majority of DSM's look like hacked up beaters these days. I do agree with you though, those tri-spoke wheels are hideous and anyone buying tires based on how they look belongs in a VW.
To the OP: Tell us your wheel size and we'll gladly recommend tires from a performance perspective. I assume you're looking for an all-season tire?

Re: Tire Size?
Since they're 17x7 I recommend 225/45-17 tires. Sumitomo just came out with a new ultra high-performance all-season (HTR A/S P01) that looks very promising for $89 in that size.

Re: Tire Size?
Well actually just a summer tire I have the winter ones already. And I was wondering tire size so I could go get a good set of tires for my car. And I have 235/55/17 but those might be too big.

Re: Tire Size?
Ahh ok! In that case check out the Sumitomo HTR Z II and III. I had the II's on my old 1G and will be putting them on my wife's WRX; I currently have the III's on my Evo.

Re: Tire Size?
Thats a huge sidewall, I'm not sure 235/55 will fit. It almost sounds like a truck tire.

Re: Tire Size?
Well we just had them sitting around if they don't fit I have to get new tires so that's why I posted this. They are ones that come factory on some caddys.

Re: Tire Size?
A 235/55-17 is way too tall of a tire; you must have edited that in after I replied last time.
