Re: "Ferrari" for cheap!!!
My neighbor used to have a yellow ferrari till he sold it. I think it went for $125,000. Can't remember, but it was a sweet and nice ride.

I thought for sure this thread would have been about a lame Fiero kit car. Never thought it would have been about a lame 3000 SL.

Re: "Ferrari" for cheap!!!
The 360 Modena is for people who can't actually afford a fast supercar and think they are too good for simple Porsche 911 TT.

Re: "Ferrari" for cheap!!!
DSM's are for people who can't afford a real sports/touring car.

I don't think you can even consider a DSM to be a sports car at all.

I wonder what the real term for a DSM is...I guess sport compact will do, but I don't like grouping them with Neons, Civics, and Cavaliers.

Re: "Ferrari" for cheap!!!
I would go with sport compact. I think of a "sports car" as more of something RWD, that handles well(for the time period when it came out), and it somewhat out of the ordinary. Even though they seem to call just about anything a sport compact nowdays, a Supra sure isn't anything close to compact.
