Is my boost gage shot?

How do I test my boost gage? It says I'm pushin 20 PSI but I dont think it is!

how do you know you pushing 20 psi, if you think your gauge is broken?

Very weird thread, I don't get how you think its making more or less boost than what it says. I think I'd try to take off the boost line, use a compressor with a regulator, blow air into said line and see if it reads the same as what the regulator is set at. I don't know if that'd actually work but I think it could be close?

Well I was in my buddies 1g and he's pushin 10psi and it felt like the pull was way stronger

It all depends on mods and/or condition of engine. Once again.. what is the boost gauge reading when the car is off?

when the car is off the gauge reads just below 0
