Re: Laser's $100 Project Thread
They way things sit right now, I am $175 in the hole, I think by selling one set of Evo injectors and my stock injectors I should be able to have some money to spend still, especially after I go recycle my stock cat.

Re: Laser's $100 Project Thread
Yup exactly, within a week or two after I get a chance to sell some stuff I'll be back within the first $100. Stage 1 just won't end!

Re: Laser's $100 Project Thread
This is awesome, although you are spending more freely than at the beginning, I think. Sell that stock/extra stuff. Oh, and one thing that I have found that's really fun is trading wheels. stock for stock and up from there!

Re: Laser's $100 Project Thread
I have my old lower intercooler piping that is not worth anything really. Part is stock hose with a bend and half is a large 180 bend metal. Let me know if you can use it.

I can definitely use that, thanks Andrew! When/how can I get it from you?

Re: Laser's $100 Project Thread
I sold my stock injectors for $40 last night.
The car is running great untuned with the 560's; cold engine driving is improved, warm engine regular driving is the exact same, and WOT pulls way harder and it loves boost!

Re: Laser's $100 Project Thread
This just in: I have a blinky-blue S-AFC coming my way for $75 and also 2 free mesh Laser wheels! Yes, I do have a 5-knob S-AFC also coming, but the Laser wants to sample many flavors before picking one out.

Re: Laser's $100 Project Thread
Scheides and I got my 5-knob S-AFC installed tonight and messed around with the settings a bit. The car is pulling good...but of course seemed weak after driving the Evo around
