Re: Big Brown's Automagic - The last episode in my DSM story.
Not yet, going to redo the pan fitting.
I need to:
get a barb for the MAP sensor
O2 housing gasket (2 bolt, 2.5")
Install exhaust, t-case, fluids.
Then I should be good to go.
Boost will be set at WG pressure for now.

This reminds me, can a guy run a omni 4 bar or similar map sensor on the stock 2g intake in a 1g? Or is that too much of a pain in the ass? I've been wondering that with my car since I also have a 2g head. Is there enough inputs with a 1g ecu w/ link?

Nice work and skill jump taking on the the metal fab work. I have watched the tig testing & growth. It should be inspiring for all members here. Next growth step...chop off the front, or t3 manifold for that next 62 gen2 beast?
You going to get it out to the proving grounds in June?

Thanks, I do want to drop as much weight as possible out of this car assuming someone doesn't want to buy a much loved 1G.
Next plan is to mod the T4 TS DNP, so that it functions correctly as a TS manifold. I do want to front half a car though.
I have to remake my UICP and make an intake for this setup, along with an exhaust system for the car instead of the one that is on there now.
I have a few other projects for friends lined up too, so hopefully I keep getting better.

That's good to hear. I assumed he was running a GM style MAP sensor if he was looking for a barb fitting for it.

I won't be making PG in June, I have my 2 weeks of annual training for national guard over this event and the chicago 1/2 mile too.

On it yes. Went for a drive last night. Need some more plugs to finish the tune.
Boost is set and will stay at 28psi.
Need to get the car solid and plan some tall track days

Where's the rest of the wing? Or is that cool on a 1g? Sorry I'm new to that.

Re: Big Brown's Automagic - The last episode in my DSM story.
Cooler than vanilla Fucking go ninja go ice.
Also the clips are super rare in good shape and brittle so anyone that has them seems to have them break on removal just like I did.
Getting the car running has been a priority over the wing.

Re: Big Brown's Automagic - The last episode in my DSM story.
Pulled the transmission out, going to finally install my kiggly flexplate, have some ARP hardware on the way (thanks potter, welcome back!).
Part way installed my front bumper quick release kit that I've had for over 2 years, should be a bit neater than zipties.
Going to install my manual oil psi gauge as well.

That is the goal, I don't want to be one of these people that sell their car and have just speculation to go on what it would do.
I already did that with my old car, but that was a special case since I got a ton of money for it and I got to keep the car for a few months.
