The flaps that go in front of the tires did not get put on. The way they mount did not work with the dzus fasteners, so I think I'm gonna just drill some extra holes about 1" back from where they're supposed to be mounted and just bolt them to the tray. As originally designed, they'd go where the two dzus fasteners are, just in front of the wheels. I'm told they have a tremendous effect on aero, so I'll be taking the time to get them fit (sooner or later ).
What is that nyalox thing. it looks interesting.

Re: Custom Undertrays

Looks like a very nice piece! I would put that on a stock car for the piece of mind.

Just a semi-abrasive spinny-thing that you put on a drill or die grinder. They're like $10 each, I think I'll be returning this one since I don't need it anymore.

Re: Custom Undertrays

****Update! ****

This served me well through the winter! I was looking at a friend's undertray and he clued me in that I had the vertical uprights mounted a little wrong. I had the undertray off for a FMIC install so I took the opportunity to fix it, as well as mount up the little flaps that go down in front of the tires:

Re: Custom Undertrays

I have a neat little pyrometer to measure underhood temps if anybody wants to use it for stuff like this.
