Russ Cox? Swanny has been talking up the auto around you too?

What type of fuel management / measurement strategy are you using? N Alpha, Speed Density, Mass Air Flow? and if you are using a MAF whitch one? Oh and that Q45 TB kicks ass.

I wasn't saying it so he would save tranny parts.

I knew of Russ Cox long before I knew of Swanny. But either way, of course he does.

N Alpha/Alpha N would be worthless on a boosted vehicle.

Bow down to the Master Blaster.
Great to see the numbers, sorry to hear about the damage.

You know that other people are use to getting beat by DSMs, but the sweet smack down, that you can do with that car just brings a tear to my eye, and to the person you beat. One more thing,Do you have an “RS” sticker?

No, you wouldn't want to use it, unless your running 3" or bigger intercooler piping also. The butterfly is about 80mm, the inlet OD for a couple is around 85mm. The MKIV Supra guys have started to figure out that they can use them also, so they might start getting more expensive, but I paid $50 for mine. I am hoping it is a bit stronger than the BBKs and Accufabs that tend to break a lot on high boost cars.

Shane, sequential shifter. No more missed shifts and you get to them quicker. The basic ones are way simpler than I would have thought. They use a drum and ratchet to click the gears and have groves cut on a plate or drum to work the factory cables to where they would have been on a h- pattern.
P.S. Wow on the numbers and to bad on the run.

Re: Dynoed my car before I broke it.
Worked on the car some this weekend. Pulled a lot of parts out of the head, but the valves don't look too bad. When I pulled the transfer case off, the output shaft pulled out of the tranny a bit and started pouring our fluid, so my little aluminum TRE VC eliminator either broke or fell off. There were some more rocker parts in the oil pan as expected. I didn't feel any signs of spun rod bearing from wiggling the rod caps. I pulled one of them off and the bearing looked ok, some of the white coating had worn off, but that is something I would expect.

Re: Dynoed my car before I broke it.
Well, hopefully the lower end is ok. I take it the head isn't off yet? Hopefully those valves turn out ok too! I want to see that thing back at the track sometime this summer.

Re: Dynoed my car before I broke it.
Shane what were you running for springs and retainers? Was anything ARP besides your head studs?

Re: Dynoed my car before I broke it.
I have Crower springs/retainers, I only rev to 8500, except when I shift into the wrong gear, so I haven't need anything crazy for springs.. The rods came with ARP rod bolts.
