The cost of living... at least Rent is the same as here. My 2 bedroom apartment I had down here in Burnsville over by Buck Hill was $1200 a month for just rent.

My friend Mike is living in a 2 bedroom apartment that's almost the exact same layout as my old one and he pays $950 a month.

As for the Eclipse I won't be bringing it. Not until I know it'll be safe down there, I'll probably bring it to my parents house in South Carolina and leave it there.

also I'm leaning towards just renting the house out while I'm gone. And coming back once this Job is over with. However I have no idea what to do with my stuff.

I say take the car to FL where you can actually enjoy it...if something happens to it oh well, just make sure you have full coverage. With the kind of money you are talking about you'll be able to get that Supra you've always wanted, make the DSM your beater. You'll be able to rent your house for a higher cost if you keep in furnished, whatever personal stuff you don't bring with you just toss it in a long-term storage facility. When does this job start and when are you heading out?

The Job is already started and waiting for me. - Meaning the Office they just opened is up and running. I'd just be hired on another a Sale person. The sooner I start the better. (ie: first come first serve type thing) and with the amount of houses that need to get rebuilt.. the sooner you start the more money you'll make.

The DSM does have full coverage but I'd hate to have something happen to it. All my hard work.. I know I'd cry if someone thrashed 8 years of savings, and 5 years of building. Plus I've started to really like my DSM more then ever. I've finally got it looking close to what I'd originally hoped. And it's starting to make the kind of power that I've hoped for. The only thing I'd do with some of my money if finish the damn thing.

-New Paint
-Cage
-2.4L
-Seats
-Harness's

Who knows maybe I might just make it to the shoot out this year for the first time.

My parents they are coming up the first week in Dec. To get the house ready for Rent. I'm hoping to have the house fixed and ready to go by end of Dec. And I've descided to not even bother waiting till march for my pay review cause I know it won't be worth my time anyways... I plan is to head out begining of January.

I don't care about the Furniture in the house most of it was handed down anyways plus with the Cats basically using the house one big ass Play toy most of it is trashed anyways.. Plus I don't want to pay to have it moved to Florida. The only thing I'm worried about is the Pool Table. as I just had it all re-done.

Good luck man. I lived in Florida for 1 1/2 years. I lived in the Panhandle though, if you know where Pensacola is, that's where I was. Right up kinda by Panama City. I loved it there. And for everyone who thinks the cost of living is high, do some homework. I know in Pensacola you can get a brand new 2 bed/ 2 bath house for around like 85k, because my friend just bought a place there. Maybe if you live in Miami or sumthin you'll be payin a lot, but there are other places that are nice and developed that don't cost a lot. Good luck, you'll love it! I sure did.
