Re: broke at pg project thread

thanks goodhart...
well the crank sensor was bolted on backwards the guy who installed is a jackass. wait i did all that... anyways car fired right up and everything looked good after 20min i shut the car off and looked under it for the 10th time and there was somr oil. it looked like the back of the block because it was driping between block and trans by the slave. so last night i pulled the trans. looked like the oil galley bolt was leaking. so i put rtv on it and reinstalled everything. will give it another try today or tomorrow

Re: broke at pg project thread

turbotalon lol you are messed up. its my new stock appearing secret turbo. jk its my new chra gt3582r...
goodhart it was the main oil galley plug in the rear. its behind the starter plate. what a freekin nightmare place for an oil leak on a fresh installed build. so yes my cracker ass took the trans and all out last night to find the leak and put it all back together again. got to bed around three and up at 630 to go to work. my body feels like crap now but i use the shop at work so had to get done after i started.. knocked out 4 windshields before lunch and now i have a lax afternoon. ill put the intercoiler piping back on and senso
rs and give it a go...

Re: broke at pg project thread

drove the car around 20 miles or so today. no leaks or signs of any real problems. I did have a p0300 code on startup when leaving dre's. cleared the code and that was that for now. I should get some new plugs. I noticed when that happened the wb showed pretty lean at idle but everything seemed to clear up when i left. It's hard not to boost the car lol. I think I will change the oil out soon to inspect and to put some brad penn in there.
