Re: Snow Fun!
I love the snow and awd! Easy to break loose, easy to gain traction. I got stuck once, trying to back out of my parents driveway half way up a semi-steep hill then trying to go UP. Ended up reversing down hill instead, hahaha. I didnt drive much, but my gas went down a lot quicker than usual

Or like that video with the crazy arabs who slide on their sandals going like 60mph, gotta slide on your feet with the door open while you are drifting!

Re: Snow Fun!
On Sunday I had to drive back to Iowa in the g/f's ZX2, that sucked a lot. On the way out of the city I-35 got a little backed up around Burnsville and traffic stopped on a slight uphill. When I tried to accelerate the tires would just spin at 1 or 2% throttle, it was bad, took me over a minute to go 100 feet.
But I'm pretty sure it was mostly the fault of the crappy tires, it took a long time to stop from just 10mph, I thought I was going to hit the truck in front of me, stopped a few feet short luckily.

Re: Snow Fun!
I haven't seen snow over an inch in tennessee in years... Kinda wish I could play in a rental car in a snowy parking lot whenever I go skiing... maybe next year.

Re: Snow Fun!
my car was weird. On the way home saturday night, there was no major shakes. I didn't drive at all sunday, then on the way to work this morning, the whole car was shaking like crazy. I'm guessing the snow must have settled in the rims?

Re: Snow Fun!
Yup, probably. Take it through a car wash and see if the warm water can melt some snow/ice off the car.

Re: Snow Fun!
Why is it when we get a little snowfall half the cars on the road get 35% dumber, while the other half thinks its armagedon and the world is ending.

I think your 35% figure is a little generous.

I second that, There are way too many people that shouldn't be driving in the snow.
