So...ya all know how my stupid conquest doesn't work still. I kept insurance on it though, figuring it would work next week...or next week...or...get the drift? So in the mean time, i've been driving my other car.
I never switched insurance over.
Then i got pulled over tonight by lakeville cops :fworld:
Ok, so pay attention to this all: He pulled me over for a noise/muffler violation (i dont have one, hole in manifold too). This is a valid reason, i give him that much. He also cited me for not wearing a seatbelt, because i took it off when he pulled me over so i could get to my wallet. This same bullshit happened to Brian, right? Anyway, i HAD IT ON before hand :headache:
I already said the main problem: No insurance on my car. What can happen to me? I'm positive i'm going to get heavy fines and lose my license for a period of time...please tell me i'm wrong =\.
What can i do to lessen any of these? Is there anyway to avoid losing my license, and can i argue any of those citations (mainly seatbelt)? Also, could i get my permit/license in a motorcycle and ride that or do I NEED a driver's license to ride a motorcycle also?
And yes, i know...i'm a fucking moron.
