I am quite happy with the support and perhaps blessed to have such an important group of members that support me! Again thanks all...i will see what the lawyer has to say today, all fees will be added to his bill anyway. Any info still being considered, so far i have his address and getting his dads address. If he reads this he better contact me with payment information. No more excuses its been more than a year and i have not gotten a single cent. Its desperating, i much rather sell the parts on it dirt cheap than give it all away for free.

I don't understand why you don't just call it in stolen? You'll get it back and it'll be done. Getting a court involved seems like the last and final course once all other options have been exhausted. Court is time consuming, slow, and expensive (once you start adding in lawyer costs especially). Winning the case is only half the battle. Getting any money out of him is another battle. If the court awards you $2000, what if he doesn't have the money? Now you're paying a collections agency to try and get you your money.

Take care of it outside of court if you can. Calling it in stolen seems like a logical next step, and it's completely truthful considering he has the car and has never paid you. Even if you had some sort of verbal agreement, the fact that he hasn't lived up to his half of the deal, hasn't paid you, and you still have the title, that = stolen in my book.

I say give the guy a chance... Let him know he has 24 hours to pay you or return the car to your property at his expense or you will be reporting the car stolen to the authorities along with all known addresses.

Should fix it pretty quickly.

I did try reporting it stolen at the maple grove police office, due to the fact that we had a verbal agreement it couldnt be reported as stolen and had to go through civil court. What i will do then is call the cambridge police, report it stolen and not give any details on the agreement. The thing is that the car is most likely parted out by now with the engine torn, the guy has my set of eagle rods n weisco pistons, bearings, polished crank etc...has all my stuff...if i get the car im sure i wont get it with the engine parts or engine alone.

I offered plenty of times to take the car back if he couldnt pay it, he kept claiming he wanted it and would pay...im just afraid that if i report it i wont get it with all the parts on it. And to recover those parts seems rather impossible, especially from him with little to no communication. Not sure if he knows but i can see that my messages are being read on iphone...just no reply. It is a douche move, especially since a year after i even offered him to make me bi-weekly payments of $200 and still failed to pay!

Oh wow!!! Yeah and if you guys are curious look through his posts on mitsustyle, wouldnt be surprised if he sold any of my stuff...it was a 1995 eagle talon tsi awd...charcoal color. Had plenty of goodies.

I thought it was on here, but it must have been one of the facebook FS groups. But I remember sometime over this last winter he sold a "good working" Auto trans to someone and it ended up being trashed, then once again he fell off the face of the earth when the guy tried to contact him about it. He's shady as fuck in my book.

I bought my 2g from him its a fwd auto turbo for 600 its kinds shittyy but i deff got a good deal on it
im glad i wad lucky enough.
I never even seen hin in person though thought it was weird
his dad sold me the car.

the only issue i see with calling it in stolen , then creates a salvage title on the car and reduces the "for sale" price because of it, if im not mistaken.
