Golden763 - BAD GUY!! any info on user?
 

Just want to know if anyone can provide me with some information on this member "golden763". I previously made a verbal agreement about a year ago with him to sell him my 95 talon tsi charcoal color. I have not yet received any of my agreed lump sum. I had to get rid of my car quick which is why i agreed on letting him take it for the moment due to me renting and not having sufficient car space. He does not communicate enough and im afraid he won't pay. I am already filing a civil case at court. Just a heads up people, do not deal with him unless payed upfront. His name is tyler golden. He claimed the car was in cambridge, yet does not give me an exact address. Any information will be helpful, just trying to get my agreed money. Thanks!!!

This sucks, but a word of advice. Never give someone a car or anything of value without payment upfront, it never works out.

If its at his dads house i know where it is roughly i might even have the address still
i bought an eclipse from him over the winter

I towed the car from your place to Cambridge. So unless he moved it since then it is in Cambridge. I cou ld probly find it if I had to or might have the Adress in my gps history.

Was it in town or north of Grandy? I know he keeps cars at his Grandma's house or whatever it is north up by grandy on I think CR 3/389th Ave off Hwy 65.

If you have the title, report car as stolen, tell them you think you know who took it and where it is. Done and done!

This is why you always always get payment or at absolute minimum write up a bill of sale. Generally, do both to CYA!

I had a verbal agreement go sour with him as well a couple years ago. Sorry to hear, hopefully you get the car back.

I also had a verbal agreement for $400 and he's months late on payment. He always has some BS sob story and communication was zero until I brought it up in public.


After hearing the OP's and Brandon's stories, I highly suggest NOBODY deals with this guy. Not even to buy from.

I will be filing paperwork through civil court tomorrow agaisnt him for the amount of the car plus other legal fees. Hoping to come down to it soon and get some justice done. People like that do not deserve to be on these forum selling or buying parts. I will stay posted.
