Sounds like you got pulled over by a one Officer McNelis, was it a young guy or older guy with brn/gray hair if the old guy its sounds like McNelis. Me and him dont get along at all. Cant tell you how many times I've been popped by him on the road in the driveway, even the "WOOP WOOPS" from the siern at 2:30 in the morning in a residental.
